Alexandra Cooper was born on August 21st, 1994 in Newtown, Pennsylvania, to Bryan and Laurie Cooper. Her father played hockey at University of Wisconsin. Cooper's athletic ability was recognized by her coaches from Boston University, who offered the athlete a scholarship to play sports. Cooper was offered a sports scholarship through Boston University and accepted it. She played for the Division-1 Women's Soccer team during her time at Boston University during her four years of study. Cooper was a co-captain during their senior season. Cooper was a leader in her team's journey to four M.C.T. Cooper was a leader in her team's four M.C.T. In both his sophomore and a senior, Cooper earned All-Prep Team first Team and All-Area Team First Team honours. Although, sport was not the sole aspect Cooper excelled at. When she was a student, she developed a fascination in the field of journalism as well as entertainment. It was then that she made the decision to go into this career. She earned a bachelor's degree in Television and Film from Boston University.
