Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Reykjavik in Iceland. She is the owner and operator of Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she coaches athletes. Annie is the only woman ever to win two CrossFit Games. She came in second place in both the 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion, and a popular media figure. She is popular for being the first woman who won the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 as well as 2012. Also, she is known for having won Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie was born in and brought to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and siblings. From the age of a child, she was a sports and fitness enthusiast. Her first competition was CrossFit in California in 2009. Her performance was good during her first competitions. Annie Thorisdottir, as of 2021, is age 31. She's 5'7 tall and weighs 67 kg. Annie began CrossFit training in California in 2009. She performed well in initial races and placed in the top 10 out of 70. But she did not win a championship and concluded with a 11th-place finish in the event. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Coach Jami Tikannen helped her achieve a second place finish at the CrossFit Games, and a medal of silver in that year. After one year in CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant accomplishment brought her the honor of being named. Annie also won the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her outstanding performance. It was her first time as a female athlete to win two CrossFit Games at once. In addition, in 2014 she won a silver medal and recently in 2021 won bronze in CrossFit Games. Annie trains and coaches with her team at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie has become a famous athlete when she gained recognition. She has worked with many sports brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Revolution Periodization Nuun Hydrolysis Sidekick Yerbae, among others. In addition to this she owns a self-titled Youtube channel that has a couple of thousand followers where her workout diet family videos and travel vlogs are uploaded.
